Work out much?

Since the beginning of September I have been going to Curves every morning before my family wakes up. Sadly I have not seen the most amazing results but dropping pounds slowly is way better than not dropping at all right? Plus, I feel so much better than I did before I started, and although I am not always sleeping great, on average I sleep much better than I did a few months ago.

So if you work out, or believe in the benefits of working out for overall health. Take a look at the following website and think about sending an electronic postcard or personalized letter to you local MP encouraging them to establish an Adult Fitness Tax Credit.
